Peter Gabriel Announces “So” Tour

After leaving Genesis in the 70’s, Peter Gabriel embarked on an interesting solo career that had its fair share of highs and lows. Commercially, though, he never had a higher moment than 1986’s So. The album had Gabriel’s biggest pop hit in the United States, “Sledgehammer,” as well as other Gabriel hits “Big Time,” “In Your Eyes,” and “Red Rain.” This year, in commemoration of the album’s 25th anniversary, Gabriel is hitting the road to perform the album in its entirety.

According to Gabriel’s website, the album is expected to be performed from start to finish, along with some of Gabriel’s other songs. The tour, which will run from September through October in the United States and Canada, coincides with the re-release of So in September.

Gabriel’s appearances have been sparse in recent years, so try to catch him while you can.
