Seven really is a lucky number, and Mississippi septet Rosco Bandana is the proof. After winning the Hard Rock Rising battle of the bands last year, Rosco Bandana got to play the annual Hard Rock Calling Festival in London. Other acts on the bill included the Killers, Bon Jovi, Stevie Nicks and Rod Stewart…so, it wasn’t that big of a deal. And by that we mean it was a super big deal. Then, the band was flown out to Los Angeles for some studio time with producer Greg Collins (U2, Red Hot Chili Peppers, No Doubt) at The Nook Studio.

This month, you can hear the results of the band’s work with their debut album Time to Begin. September 20^th will mark the start of their two-month tour. Sporting fun melodies, exquisite harmonies and a good helping of that southern twang, Rosco Bandana shows what the Magnolia State has to offer. Time to Begin comes out on September 25th.
