David Bowie Releasing New Single on Record Store Day

David Bowie The Stars Are Out Tonight new song new albumBowie’s back. On his birthday last month, the Thin White Duke released a new single and announced his upcoming album. This weekend, Bowie shared the cover art for a new single called “The Stars (Are Out Tonight)” on his Facebook page. According to Ziggy Stardust, the new single will be released on February 26. Bowie will also be celebrating Record Story Day (April 20) by releasing a limited edition 7-inch 45, which will feature the new “The Stars (Are Out Tonight)” and last month’s “Where Are We Now?.” The Record Store Day double-single release will join the 1965! EP and a “Drive-In Saturday” picture disc in the list of the vinyl holiday goodies. The Next Day will be Bowie’s 30th record, produced by Tony Visconti. The Next Day will be released on March 12.
