Rock & Roll Hall of Fame To Hold Rolling Stone Exhibition

Rolling Stones Rock and Roll Hall of Fame exhibitPlenty of people are celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Rolling Stones, and for good reason. Few acts ever make it to 50 years, let alone “The World’s Greatest Rock & Roll Band.” While the band hit the road and tour across the world, the good folks are commemorating the silver jubilee with a massive exhibit exploring the history and cultural impact of the Stones.

Rolling Stones: 50 Years Of Satisfaction is slated to open at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Museum on May 24th. The exhibit is slated to include personal items donated by the band and those close to them, most of which have never been seen by the public before. Film clips and interactive techonology will also be incorporated into the exhibit. “The Rolling Stones are the epitome of rock and roll,” said museum CEO Greg Harris when asked about the exhibit. “This first-ever exhibit gives us the opportunity to tell the story of one of the definitive rock & roll bands.”

The exhibit is slated to continue until March of 2014.
