Billie Joe Armstrong got a taste of Broadway with 2010’s American Idiot, and now it looks like he’s back for more. The Green Day frontman will be writing new music for the Yale Repertory Theater’s adaptation of Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing. These Paper Bullets, a rock adaptation of the classic play, follows a Liverpool band as it deals with romance and the music industry in London. The play, adapted by Rolin Jones and directed by Jackson Gay, will premiere in March of next year.

In the meantime, Green Day has resumed their postponed tour and will be on the road through April 19. You can catch them when they hit Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on April 7.
