Mumford & Sons Enlist Comedians for ‘Hopeless Wanderer’ Video

o-MUMFORD-AND-SONS-HOPELESS-WANDERER-VIDEO-facebookSo there are the four musicians dressed in their typical farmer-chic hipster attire, singing and playing their instruments in the middle of a sunlit field. Yup, it definitely sounds like a typical Mumford & Sons video. But you may want to take a closer look.

For the band’s hilarious “Hopeless Wanderer” video, the guys got a couple of star comedians from “Saturday Night Life” and “Arrested Development” to appear as their doppelgangers. Jason Bateman, Will Forte, Ed Helms and Jason Sudeikis appears as the bearded, suspender-wearing, banjo-playing members of the group. With the ridiculous drama, the sexual banjo action and the bearded makeout, this video proves that the English folk-rockers certainly have a healthy sense of humor.

“Hopeless Wanderer” is from Mumford & Sons’ 2012 album Babel. You can watch “Hopeless Wanderer” below.
