For a guy who named his new album Sleeper, Ty Segall never really seems to rest. Last year, the guy released three awesome albums, and he’s already up to two releases in 2013. As one would expect, Sleeper is another collection of hard-driving garage rock with hints of punk and psychedelia, done in a way that only Ty Segall can manage. When he’s on tour (which seems to be all the time), seeing Ty is more than a fun time; it’s mandatory. If you’re around on a Thursday night with nothing to do, you could do worse than making a point to see Ty Segall.
