Beth Hart has the kind of voice that will punch you in the face. In Hart’s new video for “Better Man,” she breaks the song down in the studio with some passionate, heartfelt vocals.

“Better Man” is off of Bang Bang Boom Boom, which was released in October of last year. Right now, she’s touring with the Rides, a supergroup of Stephen Stills, Kenny Wayne Shepherd and Barry Goldberg.

“I wrote ‘Better Man’ for my husband, Scott,” Hart said. “Scott is the greatest happiness I’ve ever known because I know in my guts that he really loves me. He’s saved my soul, my insides; he took me in and loved me long enough for me to love myself. He made me fall in love with living. He’s my husband. He’s my home. He’s a fucking miracle.”
