The Pixies are back!…in a way. Of course, the alt-rock pioneers have been “back” since 2004, but for all of the tours celebrating their back catalog, they never seemed willing to heed to fans’ requests for new recorded music. It may have taken the band seven years, but it appears that they finally started listening. First, we got “Bagboy“; now, there’s a whole EP of new Pixies material available to purchase on their website with another EP supposedly on the way. Not bad for a band that many assumed would never get back together in the first place.
