Listen To David Bowie’s New Song “Sue (Or In A Season Of Crime)”

David Bowie promised new music, and so he delivers. The Thin White Duke is releasing a new compliation, Nothing Has Changed, later this year, and he’s given us the first of the two new songs set to appear on the collection. “Sue (Or In A Season Of Crime)” was recorded specifically for the compilation (the other new songs were pulled from Bowie’s abandoned 2001 album Toy), and it follows in the vein of his 2013 album The Next Day by revisiting an era of Bowie’s past, specifically the jazzier sections of Aladdin Sane. As always, Bowie is in fine vocal form, though he occasionally recalls Scott Walker more than he does himself. You can listen to the song below.

Nothing Has Changed comes out on November 17th. “Sue (Or In A Season Of Crime)” will be released as a limited edition 10″ single on Black Friday along with another new Bowie track, “Tis A Pity She’s A Whore.”
