Yesterday was Veterans Day, and many musicians took the day to commemorate the service of the current and former members of the armed forces. Guitar virtuosos Cody ChesnuTT and Gary Clark, Jr. were no exception, as they used the video for ChesnuTT’s song “Gunpowder On The Letter” as a way to pay tribute to veterans. The simple video features both guitarists in black and white singing this veteran’s lament, which ChesnuTT says was inspired by a documentary about veterans recovering from the traumas of warfare.
