With Election Day 2014 now upon us, more than 300 entertainers have joined HeadCount.org to encourage all to get out and vote. Everyone from Gregg Allman to Dave Matthews to the Black Keys to Warren Haynes to Moby to John Legend (there are truly too many to name) has been active on social media, sharing photos of themselves holding a sign bearing this initiative’s rallying cry: “#GoVote.” HeadCount.org (a comprehensive source of election information), in partnership with GoVote.org, hopes these photos will help fight the trend among younger voters to skip midterm elections.
