Brian Wilson’s upcoming new album, No Pier Pressure, features the songwriting legend collaborating with various artists, including Kacey Musgraves, She & Him, and fun.’s Nate Ruess. On the album’s new single “The Right Time,” though, Wilson invited a few more familiar faces into the studio. The song features contributions from his fellow former Beach Boys Al Jardine and David Marks on a laid-back, keyboard-driven song that highlights those still-fresh harmonic delights that occur when the three of them are singing together. Keep an eye out for producer/multi-instrumentalist Don Was on bass, as well. You can watch the lyric video for “The Right Time” below.
