On the plus side, psychedelic, glam-rock, indie darlings Foxygen announced that their upcoming five month tour will be a “revamped show spectacle.” But on the decidedly more negative side, they also announced that it will be their final tour.

Foxygen, whose guest-filled double album …And Star Power made Elmore’s Best Albums Of 2014 list, primarily consists of Jonathan Rado and Sam France—although the touring band has expanded in recent years. While Foxygen only recently burst into the consciousness of the general public, Rado and France actually formed it back in 2005, when they were high school students. Furthermore, news of personal turmoil between Rado and France stretches as far back as 2013, making this final tour seem sadly inevitable.
