The Replacements To Release Career-Spanning Box Set

Now that they’re back and reunited, The Replacements are taking the time to look back. The band have already announced the upcoming “Back By Unpopular Demand” tour after a successful trek across the world in 2014, and today the band announced the release of a career-spanning box set on Rhino Records.

The eight-disc box set, which comes out on April 14th, compiles every release from the band’s storied career. Each of the band’s seven albums–Sorry Ma, Forgot To Take Out The Trash (1981), Hootenanny (1983), Let It Be (1984), Tim (1985), Pleased To Meet Me (1987), Don’t Tell A Soul (1989), and All Shook Down (1990)–are included, as well as the band’s hardcore punk-tinged EP Stink (1982). Each of the albums will be issued using Rhino’s remasters from 2008.
