Taking cues from legends Miles Davis and John Coltrane comes drummer Aaron Comess in a way that you have never heard him before. Comess is perhaps best known for his work with Spin Doctors, but on March 21, he will be performing jazz classics that are sure to stun the audience, hot on the heels of his upcoming record and first full dive into jazz, Aaron Comess Quintet (due out March 17).

Comess has long been a skilled improviser with Spin Doctors, but you’ll now get to hear him flex his musical muscles with an entirely new ensemble. Be sure to check out Comess when he hits Rockwood Music Hall on March 21 (tickets can be purchased here).
