Jack White is putting his guitar down and taking a break from performing live for a while. Before he does, though, he has some business to take care of.

With a 5-country  tour last year to promote his latest album Lazaretto and a much anticipated position as a headliner for Coachella, Jack White is a busy man. Though it might be upsetting for fans, a break is well-deserved… Not one to be unoriginal, though, White isn’t saying goodbye to music that fast.

To kick off his break from performing live, Jack White is embarking on a short acoustic tour of the US, playing shows in only the 5 states he has yet to play. Here’s the catch: Each show will be unannounced until the day of the show at approximately 8 AM when he will reveal the details of which state he is playing in and where. Tickets will be sold at the venue door for $3 and limited to one per person.
