Can you think of anything that pairs better with fried food and carnival rides than a seriously lethal dose of rock n roll? Neither can we, which is why we sent out our veteran photographer Jim Belmont to capture all of the action at New Jersey’s Food Truck & Rock Carnival, featuring all of the amusement rides, food trucks, craft beer, wrestling and yep, you guessed it, rock you can handle.
