This year, Gregg Allman’s Second Annual Laid Back Festival (which gets its name from Allman’s solo 1973 debut LP) will travel to five American cities for jam-pack one day events. On July 16th, the party stops in Chicago, IL, and Allman will headline every show, but he’s also enlisted some great artists to perform alongside. At the Chicago stopover, Peter Frampton, Blackberry Smoke, Eddy “The Chief” Clearwater, and several others will take the stage. The festival will also include food from regional restaurants and food trucks, and adult beverages from local breweries and wineries.
