website-logo-correctedBonnaroo Music and Arts Festival just announced their full lineup for its annual celebration of music, comedy and good vibes in Manchester, Tennessee. Headliners for the June 8th to 11th, 2017 event include U2, Red Hot Chili Peppers, the Weeknd, Chance the Rapper, Major Lazer, Flume, Lorde, the XX and Travis Scott. Superfly and A.C. Entertainment confirmed that U2’s performance will mark the band’s exclusive, first-ever headline appearance at an American festival. They are expected to perform a set that will include the 1987 release The Joshua Tree in celebration of the classic album’s 30th anniversary.

Additional artists for the 2017 festival include Cage The Elephant, The Head and The Heart, Tove Lo, Portugal. the Man, Tegan & Sara, Cold War Kids and Joseph. The festival gives a nod to its jam roots this year with artists like Big Gigantic, Umphrey’s McGee, Greensky Bluegrass, Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real, Turkuaz and Twiddle. The Bluegrass Situation SuperJam hosted by Ed Helms and friends will also return for its annual installment.

In November, Bonnaroo shared a video of the London Souls, Joseph, Dylan LeBlanc and some Bonnaroovians appropriately covering the Turtles’ timeless song, “Happy Together.” The video has us amped to experience this year’s expected 150 performances and explore the 700 acres of the Tennessee farm that many of us have grown to call home, all alongside 80,000 fellow happy campers.
