Music gives us so much—please return the favor

We all know Thursday is Thanksgiving, Friday is Black (Shopping) Friday, Saturday is (Shopping) Small Business Day. Sunday is National College Football and/or Leftovers Day followed by Cyber (Shopping) Monday. On Tuesday, let’s all Give. Show the world you care. Feel good about yourself, and allow someone, somewhere, to be thankful for you.

It’s not hard to find a worthy cause. Here are three music-related organizations, just for starters. Start clicking, start giving, and start an endless chain of smiles—starting with you.

The Light of Day Foundation utilizes the power of music to raise funds and awareness to defeat Parkinson’s Disease and its related illnesses, ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease) and PSP, within our lifetime. Musicians from Hall-of-Famers to local bands stage concerts around the world, including a month-long series in the New York/New Jersey area all January.
