Question One: Of the many albums (LPs) Bob Dylan has recorded, only three of them reached the number one position on Billboard Magazine. What were they?
Answer: Oddly enough, the first Bob Dylan album to reach number one was Planet Waves, an album he recorded with the Band. It hit the top spot on February 16, 1974, and stayed there for four weeks. On February 7, 1976, Desire reached number one and stayed there for five weeks. His only other record to reach number one is his latest release, Modern Times, his highly acclaimed and possibly best selling album... but time will tell.

Question Two: In the song, "Subterranean Homesick Blues," why won't the pump work?
Answer: The pump wont work "cause the vandals took the handle." No, it wasn't Martha and the Vandellas.

Question Three: On July 25, 1965, Dylan played a set of electric music at the Newport Folk Festival and was booed. Who was his backup band? (Hint: This was before being backed up by The Band.)
Answer: Although most people think he played this historic set with the Band, it was with another "Band," the Paul Butterfield Blues Band.

Question Four: Bob Dylan was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1988. Who inducted him with a very long, glowing speech?
Answer: Who else gives long – very long – glowing speeches at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductions? No, it wasn't Bill Clinton; it was Bruce Springsteen. I'd love to include the speech here but it would take up too much space and, besides, it's probably copyrighted.
