With gorgeous harmonies and catchy instrumentals, Denver roots/bluegrass quintet, Trout Steak Revival, takes their musical camaraderie on a joyride–literally. Featured on the Gondola Sessions, the group bared it all for the sake of music and performed their groovy track “Go On” with a gondola ride up in the gorgeous mountains of Aspen.

In the video below, Trout Steak Revival’s passion is apparent as all five members crammed in together to belt out an enticing rendition of this track off their third album, Brighter Every Day, produced by Chris Pandolfi of the Infamous Stringdusters. The band’s potent harmonies are enriched by their instruments; the slick sweetness of the fiddle and guitar, the rich boom of the bass and the twang of the banjo and mandolin all come together to create not just a song, but an experience. Vibing off each other’s contributions, it is clear that Trout Steak Revival’s talent emerges from the cooperation between all five members, an admirable unity that affects their music for the better.

Check out the video for “Go On” below, find the band on tour here and be sure to check out other Gondola Sessions here.

But check it out for yourself now over on Elmore Magazine! […]
