One of the biggest, most beloved names in country music, Texas-based singer-songwriter Ray Wylie Hubbard is coming to Hill Country BBQ’s NYC location in the Flatiron District this July. With 16 full-length records released under big name labels like PolyGram and Rounder Records, Hubbard has been whipping out witty wordplay with gritty tunes for over five decades. His latest album, The Ruffian’s Misfortune, was released in April of last year, and it’s still going strong. This summer, Hubbard is out on a 20 show tour, heavy on the South, of course. For tickets to his 10 PM gig at Hill Country, visit the venue’s website and keep up-to-date with Hubbard on his site.
