Late Summer Roundup: Emmylou Harris and Rodney Crowell, Robert Ellis / Lincoln Center Out of Doors Americanafest / New York, NY / August 6th

With Labor Day come and gone, join Elmore in our Late Summer Roundup, a look back at some of late summer’s finest musical moments.

One of the highlights of the Lincoln Center Out of Doors Americanafest was Wednesday’s set, featuring a performance by longtime friends and collaborators, Emmylou Harris and Rodney Crowell. Together again, the Grammy-winning duo combined their strengths, proving to fans why they’re regarded as roots royalty.

Nashville singer/songwriter Robert Ellis also rocked the stage that day, incorporating hints of blues, pop and country into his soulful set, recalling legends like Willie Nelson and Jackson Browne.
