Multi-instrumentalist Larry Campbell and voice-of-angels Teresa Williams will return to City Winery for a night of Americana music, this time joined by steel guitarist Cindy Cashdollar.  Campbell, who served 10 years successively as bandleader and lead guitarist with Bob Dylan, then Levon Helm, plays anything with strings and a few things without them. Together with Teresa Williams, the duo will perform many of their own tunes and a few selections from the likes of Dylan, the Dead and Jimmy Webb.

This Wednesday, we’re lucky to have the talented Cindy Cashdollar joining them on Dobro, steel and lap steel guitar.  Jefferson Airplane/Starship and Hot Tuna’s Jorma Kaukonen, who knows a thing or two about stringed instruments, has described Cashdollar as “the heaviest cat in the room.” A Woodstock native, Cashdollar spent the last few years in Austin, gracing bands such as Ryan Adams, Bob Dylan, Van Morrison, Dave Alvin, Rod Stewart, Albert Lee, Asleep At The Wheel, Marcia Ball, Leon Redbone, BeauSoleil, Daniel Lanois, Redd Volkaert,  Peter Rowan, and yes, Jorma Kaukonen. Now she’s back on the East Coast, and we’re lucky to have her home.

Get set for a night of great food, wine and music (plus a trio that’s easy on the eyes) at the intimate and affordable City Winery, New York.
