Yesterday, the Blues Foundation announced it has rescinded Kenny Wayne Shepherd’s 2021 Blues Music Award nomination for Best Blues/Rock Artist over his use of the Confederate flag, and asked Kenny Wayne’s father, Ken Wayne, to step down as a member of its Board.
