Whetting their fans’ appetites, My Morning Jacket has released a teaser trailer, titled “Under The Waterfall,” for their upcoming album The Waterfall. The brief video features snippets of four previously unheard songs from the album—“Spring (Among the Living),” “Compound Fracture,” “Believe (Nobody Knows)” and “Get the Point”— as well as lead single “Big Decisions.” It also shows behind the scenes footage of the band at work on the album at Panoramic House, the scenic locale in Stinson Beach, CA where they recorded most of the album.

The Waterfall is the first of two new albums that the band completed last year, with another, as-yet-untitled album to be released next year. Judging by what MMJ included in the trailer, the album promises to follow in their tradition of mixing and melding various genres into a recognizably massive, sprawling sound.
